Our Promise At TheNexaGlow, we stand behind every product we sell. While we do not accept general returns, we are fully committed to resolving any issues with your order.
All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment model, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or buyer's remorse.
When We Will Make It Right We will issue a full refund or free replacement in the following situations:
• Damaged or defective item — Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. No return required.
• Wrong item received — We'll send the correct item at no cost to you. No return required.
• Order never arrived — If your package is lost in transit, we'll offer a full refund or free replacement after carrier confirmation.
Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to offer refunds for:
• Change-of-mind or accidental purchases
• Items that have been opened or used
• Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
How to Report an Issue

• Include your order number and photos of the issue.
• We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
